We believe coaching is a seasonal relationship. The length of that season often is determined based on the initial outlined needs and then adjusted thereafter.
Some leaders prefer a short-term engagement — of between 3-6 months to gain clarity on a particular challenge, refine their vision, or develop a focused strategy. Others find value in an ongoing coaching relationship of 9 months or longer to allow space for deeper transformation, sustained growth, and ongoing leadership development.
